The operating problem

Daily operations deserve a connected way of working.

A single shipment can involve customers, dispatchers, drivers, carriers, warehouses and receiving facilities.

Each participant holds part of the information. Updates arrive through phone calls and emails. Documents sit in separate folders. Appointments change. Teams repeatedly move between systems to understand what happened and what needs to happen next.

Our platform is being built to connect that information around the shipment, helping operators see outstanding work, coordinate the next step and keep a clear record of the outcome.

The capabilities we’re building

Shipment updates and tracking coordination

Gather shipment milestones from connected systems and approved communication channels. Identify missing updates, highlight stale information and prepare customer responses grounded in the available evidence.

Keep reported locations, estimated arrival times and confirmed appointments clearly distinguished.

Operations workspace

One workspace for the work behind every shipment.

The planned operations workspace will bring together the information below.

The goal is to make it easier to understand what is happening, what remains unresolved and who needs to act next.

How it will work

How the platform will work

  1. 01

    Connect your operations

Connect the relevant transport system, operational mailbox and approved tools. Define the workflows, contacts and permissions the agents can use.

  2. 02

    Understand the shipment context

Claude helps interpret messages and documents alongside shipment records and your operating procedures.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the next step

The platform prepares a response or action, checks whether it is permitted and requests human approval when required.

  4. 04

    Verify and record the outcome

After an authorized action, the system checks for confirmation and updates the task history. Uncertain outcomes remain visible for reconciliation.

Human control

Automation with accountable human control.

Your team defines what agents may do and when a person must decide.

Critical changes, commercial commitments and safety-sensitive situations remain with the responsible operators. When information is incomplete or contradictory, the platform is designed to surface the uncertainty and request a decision.

Operators will be able to review proposed actions, edit responses, take over conversations and pause workflows.

Initial focus

Starting with the work teams chase every day.

Our initial development focus is:

01

Shipment updates

Gather missing information and prepare accurate operational responses.

02

Exception coordination

Identify delays and unresolved issues, then route them with context to the right person.

03

Proof-of-delivery collection

Request, organize and match delivery paperwork so teams can complete the administrative handoff.

We will use these focused workflows to evaluate

Pilot programme

Help shape your next operations teammate.

We’re looking to work with logistics teams that want to explore a focused pilot around their daily coordination challenges.

Bring us a recurring workflow, the systems involved and the decisions your team needs to control. Together, we can define a practical starting point and measurable outcomes.
