Information We Collect

At Amal Axis, we collect information you provide directly to us when you use our services, create an account, or communicate with us.

This includes the name, email address, company information and project details you submit in an enquiry; your selected meeting time, timezone and notes when booking; and messages you send to our website assistant. We use these records to handle your request and operate the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use information you choose to provide to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Communicate with you about projects and updates
• Develop new features and capabilities
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

Optional Tracking & Storage

Optional analytics and marketing tracking is off by default. Use the Privacy settings button to accept, reject or change your choice. Rejecting does not prevent an enquiry, booking or chat. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage so we can remember it on this browser.

After acceptance, we store the first eligible page path visited after consent, the referring website’s origin and up to five campaign fields (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content) in session storage for this tab’s visit. We exclude query strings and fragments from the stored landing path, reduce referrers to their origin and limit campaign fields to 100 characters each. Campaign values can still contain personal information; please do not put personal or confidential information in campaign links.

If you submit an enquiry or booking while this choice is accepted, those attribution fields accompany your submission so we can understand which visits lead to enquiries. Once submitted, these fields form part of the business record. Rejecting later clears attribution from this tab and stops future optional tracking; it does not automatically delete a record already submitted. Contact us to request deletion.

Acceptance also permits Meta Pixel on the public production website for marketing measurement. Meta receives page-view information, including the page URL, referrer and browser/network information, and may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not deliberately pass enquiry fields, booking notes or contact details to the Pixel. It is excluded from admin, booking-management and demo routes. See Meta’s privacy policy for its processing. There is no Google Analytics integration in this release.

Changing to Reject withdraws permission for future optional tracking and removes the Meta cookies accessible to this site. Data already sent to Meta is not recalled. Browser storage restrictions may prevent us from remembering your choice; attribution then stays off.

Chat, Booking & Providers

Our website assistant sends messages and conversation context to our backend and its configured AI service through OpenRouter. The selected AI provider processes that content to generate a reply. Conversation records and a browser visitor identifier support continuity and staff follow-up. The widget uses local storage for its visitor identifier and interface preferences, independently of optional marketing tracking. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records to the assistant.

Enquiries and bookings are processed by our backend. Booking details support scheduling and, where configured, confirmation emails and calendar invitations through our email service. Hosting and infrastructure providers process the network requests needed to operate the website. These operational services are distinct from optional marketing tracking.

Data Security

We use access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections to help protect information handled by the website. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is processed by our team and the service providers involved in delivering the functions described above. Do not send confidential project material until the appropriate handling arrangements are agreed.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also opt out of communications or request data portability.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through our website.
