Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Amal Axis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Our Services
Amal Axis provides software, digital growth and applied AI services, grouped as follows:
- Product Development — Software built around your workflows — from a first release that proves the idea to the complete system your business runs on.
- Digital Growth & Sales — A digital presence people can find and trust, and the campaigns, lead handling and follow-up that turn it into qualified conversations.
- AI & Automation — Automate the work that moves between your systems, and add AI to the software you already run — scoped, evaluated and monitored.
The services, deliverables, exclusions and acceptance criteria that apply to you are those set out in the scope agreed for your engagement.
Intellectual Property
What transfers to you, and how it is handed over, is agreed in the engagement. Bespoke deliverables are covered there; existing Amal Axis platforms, reusable components and third-party software keep their own licence terms.
Where rights in a bespoke deliverable transfer to you, the transfer takes effect on full payment for the work concerned. Where a component is licensed rather than transferred, you receive a licence to use it as part of the delivered product, on the terms recorded in the engagement. Our proprietary tools, frameworks and methodologies remain the property of Amal Axis.
Payment Terms
Fees and the payment schedule are agreed at project initiation and recorded in the engagement. We do not publish prices; scope and cost are quoted after a discovery call.
Where an engagement runs as an ongoing retainer, pass-through costs — ad spend, subscriptions, call minutes and AI usage — are agreed separately from the retainer fee.
Invoices are payable on the terms recorded in the engagement. Late payment may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Warranties and Limitations
Deliverables are accepted against the specification agreed at discovery and recorded in the engagement. Where a deliverable does not meet that specification, we correct it under the acceptance process set out there.
Post-launch support — what it covers, and for how long — is set per engagement rather than offered as a standard period.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Confidentiality
All project information, business data, and technical details are kept strictly confidential. We sign NDAs upon request.
We will not share your information or use your project as a case study without explicit permission.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By texting START to +1 (833) 355-2671, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated account notifications and service updates from Amal Axis USA via SMS/MMS. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and service updates.
Msg & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Amal Axis is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

Supported Carriers: Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your phone number, SMS consent, or opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
